Return & Refund Policy

 We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your non-custom item, we’re here to help. Returns for Purchasable Items We gladly accept returns on standard, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  •  The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders (such as made-to-measure pieces, custom paint jobs, or modified designs), all custom sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any custom-made items.
